Step-By-Step Build Process
Step 1: prepare the case


- Use an old plastic box, 3d-printed case, or any enclosure.
- Cut slots for switch, led, and charging port.
step 2: install the led light



- The LED bulb or strip fix in the plastic box cutting slots then wiring the light strips
step 3: connect the charging circuit





- You also use 3.7v li-ion rechargeable battery to make this emergency light and also use TP4056 Charging module to charge this Emergency light.
- In this project we use a manual brightness adjustable controller to control the light brightness
- solder the battery to the charging module (TP4056). And also solder the light and switch proper way. (see the connection on this image and you connect same connection)

step 4: final Assembly
- place all parts inside the box like – Battery, Switch, And Charging module (TP4056) neatly. And check the solder place proper soldering and check the connection’s are proper covered. Then check the led brightness.
- Then check the charging system and charge the DIY Emergency Light remain the led should OFF when the Light charging.
- Finally Test the light function.
